Stress is part of our every day lives and can be useful. It can help motivate us and improve performance, and in some instances, be quite exciting. When is goes over a certain threshold, however, stress can negatively impact our lives and can have effects on our health in both the short and long term.
During our sessions, we will explore your stress in an attempt to identify the cause, provide new perspectives that will help alleviate and/or eliminate the symptoms you experience as well as to provide you with the tools so you can manage your stress going forwards.
You will also receive a free relaxation download, enabling you to relax while your unconscious does all the hard work of helping you manage your stress.
Anxiety is often the fear or worry of what might happen, and while people experience anxiety in different ways, it can have a huge impact on your life, your health and those around you. Having experienced anxiety myself, as well as had my fair share of panic attacks, I understand how exhausting it can be. Especially when your fear or worry is whether you will have anxiety or a panic attack!
During our sessions, we will explore the causes of the anxiety and work together to help alleviate and/or eliminate the symptoms as well as to provide you with the tools, enabling you to manage your own anxiety going forwards.

Depression is serious. Its a life altering problem that is often overlooked by people who really do not understand it. You may not even understand it yourself. Some people can describe it as being in a room full of people they love and still feeling alone, others describe it as being in a black hole, where there is no light and no desire to move towards it, some even describe it as 'nothingness'. This all sounds very depressing doesn't it? The good news is, during our sessions, we will explore the causes of your depression with the intention of alleviating and/or eliminating the symptoms so you can be you again and live the life you want.
