Being motivated means you have a strong reason to act or accomplish something.  Often this is hard to achieve when you don't know what it is you'd like to accomplish.  Or you do, you just don't know the first step to get you there.  Often that can lead to feeling demotivated, restless and unfulfilled.

Goal setting is a great first step in motivating you towards achieving your goals, dreams and life ambitions.  Within our sessions we will work towards these goals, uncovering any emotional blocks that may hinder you in achieving what you want in life.
