Most of us know some of the better ways to lose weight is to eat healthy and to exercise, but we're not always motivated to do so. Life often gets in the way and after working hard on a diet, we can often slip back into old habits and put weight back on again.
Within our sessions, we will look at your relationship with food, turning old habits into positive ones so you can begin to feel motivated to make different choices in your life. You will learn techniques to assist with food cravings as well as work to release any negative feelings you have about yourself and your body. Building your elf-esteem and confidence.
You will also receive a free 'Look Good, Feel Good' download, which will assist you with your cravings as well as help you work towards the body weight you wish to achieve.
People can often be labelled as having an eating disorder such as 'anorexia' or 'bulimia', often based on people's beliefs and mindset about eating habits and behaviour. I see each person as an individual, with their own likes, dislikes and reasons for eating and behaving the way they do.
During our sessions, we will explore your relationship with food as a way to introduce healthier eating habits and behaviours, as well as building your self-image and confidence.
