EFT (also known as Tapping) is a type of energy treatment designed to help a person release negative energy trapped within the body. This could be caused by a past event, something in your life currently, or just simply by day to day life pressures.
By using EFT, we aim to reduce or eliminate the intensity of your problem, so the issue no longer affects your life. Learning this skill also provides you with a tool you can use again and again for any future problems or issues that arise.
